Really the only negative is that my appointment was scheduled at a location different than the one I intended. I had used the Madison East location previously and was so very impressed with their workmanship and exceptional customer service. Now, that being said your location has won me over with that same high quality of service. My overall experience, other than the actual appointment booking, was completely satisfactory. My only feedback would be for both locations to confirm the location when reviewing the appointment details with the customer.
