I signed the box saying I wanted to view/keep the parts that Abra needed to replace before they get rid of them. When I asked about the parts I was simply told what was replaced and it was nothing worth keeping. If I saw iI I too see the parts before they are destroyed I don't care what you think I want to view the parts. Why make it an option if your going to destroy them anyway?

I didn’t expect the repairs for my car to take so long. It took 31/2 weeks to repair my car. 11 days longer than what I was originally told. So I
Was frustrated that it was so delayed. I ended up having
to pay for my rent a car myself so I was also socked with
a larger bill for that since the car took longer. I understand some things are out of your control
But it was still frustrating.
