The job was awesome. Very professional. Communication was spotty. Only got one text, after picking the vehicle up, I received 3. Phone calls helped but was vague and somewhat indifferent. For instance Friday around 10:30 the info indicated that the vehicle was almost done, possibly by the end of the day, otherwise Monday. The call on Monday around 11:30 said it could be done by the end of the day. We had to call at 4 pm Monday to learn what the status was. At that time we learned it would be ready at 5 pm. If it was close to be done by late Friday, why would it still take all day Monday, and Wii did we need to call to hear the pick up time.
The car looks outstanding.

I'm a stickler on punctuality in all aspects of my life & I felt the same from the staff. Telling your customer what you're going to do & following through says a lot to that costumer. Bill always meet me with a smile & a hand shake. He went out of his way to make sure my needs were met & that I was satisfied. Cathie was always gracious while at the same time multi tasking different aspects of the business. Give that lady a raise! But please, get her a break before 11am so she can eat her shredded wheat.
