Even though our car was a total loss the team at Chesapeake worked with me to allow me time to remove personal items. Everyone there was pleasant to work with. They understand the value of losing a vehicle to the point of telling me they were sorry that it ended up being a total loss. We have used Chesapeake for the last 20 years that we have lived in the area and have always been very pleased with any of the repairs performed. Hopefully we won’t need their services again but if we end up in this situation again we will no hesitate to rely Chesapeake Collision. One complaint, having to leave a message every time you call.
