I am completely satisfied with the quality of the repair with one exception. The paint color on the bumper and trunk do not exactly match the rest of the car. Not off enough to require a repaint but not exact either.
Most of the phone call updates were helpful. The two i received near the end of the repair promised an update which never materialized. I finally called myself and found that the car was ready for pickup.
The above comments would not keep me from recommending Chesapeake Collision to friends and family. The quality of the overall repair raised my expectations for a "perfect" job.
