I was very upset when I got rear ended in November. My car was brand new and I had waited and dreamed of buying my black Mustang for many years. The nice people at Abra made it all painless. It was finished early, being finished in 2 days instead of 3. Leland (?) made sure to call Enterprise and notify them that I was finished with the rental so I was not charged for the 3rd day. When I picked up my beautiful car, it had been totally cleaned and shined inside and out. I was not expecting that at all. Leland was kind and helpful and even gave me a hug because he knew that I was in a bad health situation. I felt like he really cared about me and was concerned about my issues and future. He is a great person and I would recommend Abra over other body shops we have used in the past.
