Great experience from the moment I called the to get the car dropped off after a pretty difficult time. Kept me informed the entire time. **** did a great job explaining what needed to be done. I called because I got an alert about something from my onstar that probably meant nothing but instead of making me feel silly he thanked me for letting him know and assured me he would check it out. I would refer anyone I know needing work done on their vehicles to Abra. I’m very pleased.
