The initial greeter could have been more pleasant. This is the South, after all. They didn't seem to have a record of my initial appointment even though I made it through the ABRA website. I'm not sure how new this shop is, but they seemed a little unorganized and the staff didn't seem to have good repore with each other. I was told I would receive texts/emails about status of work but didn't until after I had picked up my vehicle. Called ABRA a day after dropping my vehicle off to get status. There was damage to another part of my vehicle when I picked it up, but was told it was there already. Dave was friendly & professional. The repair to my vehicle was very satisfactory.

I would like to express my gratitude for the service done on my Kia Optima. I was impressed the minute I walked through the door and the kindness shown. I am a Diabetic and experienced a low blood sugar and the Receptionist was so kind and offered me some crackers. Also, I was given a bottle of water. There was a delay on my Rental Car and I received Professional Service and the issue was resolved rather quickly . The days my car remained in the for repairs, I received numerous text messages, and also, several voice messages. I was pleased with all of the services rendered from the Abra Auto Body & Glass.
