Text updates were not the same as when I talked to the store personnel. Text said was waiting for final inspection and shop person phone said said they were about to put bumper on then inspection.

The Abra team did an excellent job repairing my car. It would have been done in a timely manner except the parts company sent the wrong parts twice. That was outside of Abra’s control. My vehicle was pristine and clean when I picked it up. The staff was very nice and worked with me to get my car finished. Great experience.
