Bill took care of my claim and bodywork and a courteous, calm, timely manner. He gave me information in a very organized way and made sure I was taken care of. My car was Fixed to my satisfaction with in a reasonable amount of time. Considering my incident involved theft, as my window was smashed and items stolen out of my car, it was so nice to work with a friendly person like Bill, someone I felt like I could trust. I loved the texting ability and the daily meaaages about the status of the vehicle repairs. When we picked up the car, not only was it repaired... they even went above and beyond and cleaned the car of all the tree sap that was on both sides. It almost looked like new. Will definitely use them for further repairs.

I dont like being a ****. I understand it’s difficult to predict unforeseen issues. However when I’m told something is going to happen I expect it to happen. When it doesn’t and I’m asked my opinion I give it. I dont recall the exact date you picked up my car, but I think it was around 10/12. The initial communications were good and appreciated. On 11/5 I started getting indications that my car was almost ready. Then a little hiccup, no problem. Then 11/9 - being reassembled and although quite a bit to do were hoping to have it ready. I assumed for sure on Monday. 11/12 thinking today or tomorrow. 11/15 working on having it ready. I didn’t even allow him to say more. I said I didn’t want to hear back until it was returned to the ABRA location they picked it up from. Further, that after hearing 3 times that it was almost ready, any day, his promises were meaningless. Today 11/17 I get an email that the car is done. Surprise to me and what good does that do if I can’t pick it up since you’re closed. In the beginning I told the guy that all I wanted was honest communication. I wouldn’t have minded if it had taken twice the time. Communicating that would have been better than telling me it was almost ready multiple times and not delivering.
