This was my first experience at your place. The customer service exceeded expectation. The staff was 100% attentive to my needs. I can not tell you how pleased I am. Your general manager, Scott Meagher, could not have been nicer. He needs a bonus, cause he does a fantastic job with the clients. Pam Cook at the front desk was right on top of everything. A big thank you and appreciation to Kenny Lin also. In this day and time, good customer service can be difficult to find. What ever you are doing to motivate your staff, keep doing it.
