Great job on a a difficult repair! Grant was great, always kept me updated and looked out for my best interest. I wish the car rental experience with Enterprise through GEICO was better. Enterprise called multiple times during the process saying they’d start charging me for the rental even when my car repair wasn’t complete and placed random charges onto my credit card. Other than that, the work by Abra was great and the GEICO claims experience (other than the car rental) went smoothly.
