When I dropped off my car there was no place to park as parking lot was rented out for a baseball game. I was told if I can not find anything I would have to sit hours for a baseball game to get over or I could come back after 8 PM. I thought he was joking and he was not. I get renting out parking lot but not leaving a couple spaces for clients to leave off their care is horrible customer service.
The appraisal process was very quick and professional. I was told car would be ready in 2 days and it was ready in that time frame
Beside the parking situation and the trim have a couple nic’s where they removed it it was good professional service

Before I left I walked around the car and found a scratch that I was unaware of (probably because my car is never clean) I mentioned it and that I honestly didn't know if it was new or old.
