I was mostly satisfied, but was not contacted throughout the process like they said I would. I had to call to see if my car was ready, and no one ever called me regarding the check engine light, as I had asked for a call. Communication throughout would have been much appreciated, especially since I got so many emails stating that I would be communicated with.
