Initially I was quite apprehensive. Mainly because I lacked understanding of the process. Meghan, Shane, Brittany, and another girl there really took their time in explaining every detail to me. In my opinion they went above and beyond to put me at ease. They were so kind and reassuring. Once the insurance made their final decision, Shane kept me informed during the repair process, which went quite smoothly. I want to say thank you to all the staff for their patience with me. A very personable group of people. I am thrilled with the work everyone did!
