If you ever need a spokes person for a commercial or just a reference, I'd be thrilled to tell what a fabulous job that was done and how personable and caring the staff has been during this process. Friendliness of staff is huge. The fact that it seems like any person in the office can help you no matter what the question or concern is huge. The text message updates were very helpful. I was on my way in to get the car when I received the phone call that it was ready. The ability to pick up the Enterprise rental car at the time I dropped off my car was huge. I ask the insurance company if I could change companies, they had send me to Classic Collision, instead of ABRA, in a 3 week period Classic had canceled my 3 time, before the car was appraised one time, when the did appraise my car, another week ent byand they still had not called me to bring the car in for repairs, so I called the insurance company told them what was going on and requested to take my to ABRA , I had used ABRA 3 yrs Ago, with My truck and was very please so, wanted ABRA to do My Car, no problems there, I took the car to ABRA and I am very please again with the service I received there, My Red Bimmer looks Great, like NEW, Thanks again for a beautiful JOB, Paul D Hollifeld Sr

Did not keep me informed of what was going on with my car. Told me I could come pick it up and then something went wrong and I couldn't. On the day it was ready I ask if we could pick it up at 6:15 and they said they'd be there till 630 when my husband arrived at 6:15 they were gone. The work to the car itself was fine but I just don't like the way We were treated as customers
