When I dropped the car off, I advised Jerry that I did not want to go out of pocket on the repair. ABRA had the car for a week, worked with the insurance company on supplement charges and never called me to discuss. When I picked the car up Rob advised that I owed $203 because the insurance company paid only 85%.
I feel like I should have been advised of the variance and ABRA and I could have agreed on a repair plan that fit the insurance payment amount.
I feel I should receive a refund on the $203
