I’ve had multiple issues with this body shop that caused me to have to bring my car back and forth for additional repairs. The first time around, they called me to pick up my car, it was not in the condition it came in. Not only was there scratches all over brand new parts, parts of the car that wasn’t even involved in the accident had ADDITIONAL scratches. The tint on my windows was peeling as well. When I came back the second time to pick up the car, some issues were resolved but there were other problems this time around. The window switch for the driver side didn’t work, my rearview mirror didn’t work, the lights for my window switches were on 24/7 and many other problems. After addressing these issues, I was told to bring the car in on Tuesday. I brought it in a day earlier on Monday, and was told it should be done before the weekend. Now my car has been at the shop for a week and I’m being told that the car will be finished on Monday. I still don’t have my car and overall just did not have a great experience.
