Would have liked an update (phone or email) after a few days as originally was told would probably only take 2-3 days, but called back right away when I left a message. Pleased with flexibility when had to change days. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Work appeared to be high quality.

The car looks almost as good as the day I brought it home brand new from the dealership!
