when I spoke to Chris we discussed touching up the paint near my rear quarter panel. my car was changed over to Curtis.somewhere in the transition I don't believe that was communicated. we had to paint car was there for 2 weeks this could have been done easily. also the front end of the car was off I asked for the high beam bulb to be changed. I was told by Curtis that it was a Cadillac issue that quirks would have to deal with it. When initially he told me that was no issue we change bulbs when we do front ends. he said it was the ballast that needed changing that is why quirks needed to do it. when the car went to quirks for this issue it was actually just the high beam bulb like I initially said. Now I have to wait 30 days for my paint to harden so I can get that bulb changed. and take the chance that they're going to screw something up on my front in when they change of bulb.the paint job itself looks great!!!!! just sometimes these little extras mean alot. Now I need to take the car someplace else and get that paint touched up by the rear quarter panel.thank you!

I was not satisfied with the loaner vehicle from Enterprise, however I do know that does not reflect on Glidden auto body directly . I do however wish that I had received an update the day my vehicle was going to be ready so I could make arrangements to pick it up. I also believe there was a spot where paint was chipped off but I am not 100% sure if it happened while in Glidden's posession.

Great service.The one issue was predicting the finish date. Probably better to overestimate the time then have it done early than pick an earlier date and have to extend it. The car looks great thanks.

I was assured that the handle on the back seat door would be replaced and it was not. On the other hand, my audio system is not working, I had the cassette tape that connects to my iPhone but it was taken out and now for some obscure reason I could not put it back and the whole audio system is not functional. I'm not sure if a wiring was touched. The office was closing shop on a Friday when I picked up the car so I was not able to address this. I will hopefully be expecting a call from geico and glidden by Monday.
