Someone at this shop blew two speakers, used a half a tank of gas, car pulls to the right like it wasnt realigned and put some serious mileage on my car. I called in the night I picked it up and was told that the GM would call me the following day. I never got that call. I am very upset with this experience and unless Abra fixes the things they broke. If not, I will never go through Abra again.

The quality of his work was outstanding. It did not end there. John introduced me to others in the shop who participated with sanded, painting, polish and finish work.
