After having a terrible experience with Glass America and them failing to schedule a warranty promptly, I came to Abra to have them clean up their mess. Not only were my expectations met during the repairs, they were exceeded when I found my tires shining, windshields and interior cleaned, and vacuumed. Dan did a great job throughout the whole process by keeping me informed and getting everything done in a timely fashion. He was very professional. 10/10 Dan and Abra!

Todd and the rest of the admin were wonderful to work with.

The repairs were seamless as you were not able to visualize how bad the car looked before.

I have had work done on my vehicles before, but never had I had such a personal experience as I did at Abra. From the initial appointment in Thornton, to Matthew getting us in sooner at the Highlands Ranch shop (side note: I have not yet received the gift card Matthew was supposed to have sent me), to the constant updates on the progress of the work, and finally to picking up my vehicle for a new. Not only was Todd very knowledgeable about the repairs upon initial inspection, but he also reached out to me on a personal level with conversation specific to my vehicle type. Also, when I went to pick up my vehicle, coming from way up north (Ft Lupton) I got stuck in traffic and they waited for me to pick my vehicle up. Furthermore, taking care of my rental vehicle, as well. Last, when it came time for payment, I had been under the impression that my deductible was waived, they were quick to call my insurance company for me to try and get it sorted. When Todd heard my dilemma with the company, he assured me that everything would work out in the end, thusly comforting and calming me in my moment of frustration. Todd and (my apologies for not remembering the name of the other gentleman who stayed for me) the other gentleman are gems and true assets to your company! I would definitely make the trek to that Highlands Ranch location time and again, if it would mean my vehicle was in the hands of that team. Thank you!
