I brought my car after requesting Ream to my insurance. Thereafter all communications that were written were addressed to my husband even though I own the car and it is registered in my name. This hinders communication and reflects an earlier sexist bias. Ream is a great place but I would work on this one area. The people are otherwise very nice and provide prompt quality service.
