Your front dedk person Cindy should be fired for treating customers with complete and utter disrespect, rolling her eyes when asked a question and being completely rude on phone. Our contact person Chris who handled our case from the start did ok right up until 2 hrs before delivery when he left work. If you handle a customer's affairs for over a month don't you think he should stay at work for just 2 more hours to meet the customer and personally handle the delivery? Our entire delivery experience with all delays and Cindy' complete disregard for any level of customer service just ruined what should have been a satisfying experience.

The car was initially promised on1/19. It wa delivered on ****/25, a week late. One of those days was due to snow delay. However, every conversation was a promise of "one more day". The process seemed to be one of telling me what you thought I wanted to hear rather than the truth. On Thursday I was told it would be ready on Monday morning. I called at 10 am and was told they were still working on. You were attempting to keep me posted with electronic messages. That would normally be great. However, as it turned out the messages were never really true.

From the moment I made my appointment with Breakaway for an appraisal, I was treated very professionally. The appraiser was very efficient, I was informed of the timetable for repairs and Breakaway even assisted me in obtaining a rental car. As the car was under repair, I received daily texts as to the status of the completion date. When the car was repaired, I received a phone call and when the car was delivered to me, it had been washed.
I was very impressed with the technical staff as well as the clerical staff in the front office. Wonderful repairs to my car and I would recommend Breakaway to all my friends.
