I was blown away by the customer service and care I was given during my experience with Abra. The daily messages from Mike regarding the progress of my vehicle were really 10 steps above any other auto repair shop I've ever dealt with. I appreciated that extra effort and being kept in the loop! I don't know the gentleman's name at the front desk but he was wonderful to work with, too. Very helpful and accommodating, and with a smile on his face every time. I also REALLY appreciated the walkthrough I had at the end (again - I'm sorry but I don't remember his name - he was filling in for Mike). And the final touch of you all taking care of my rental with Enterprise was icing on the cake!

Outstanding customer service from start to finish. I honestly can't remember when I experienced this kind of service from another business. Please let these guys know, and the gentleman that took my car for repair and followef up at the end, he really impressed me. I was informed throughout the repair process of the status on my car, and upon picking up my car, he went over the repairs done and the lifetime warranty on the repair work. Christian was simply wonderful!!! He went above and beyond in EVERY way possible! He not only kept me updated with the repairs on my car, but made it possible for me to actually keep my job as a hospice Chaplain. I had run out of money to rent a car for one more day.
