I would like to thank the ABRA Lakewood, CO team again for an outstanding experience. Sally was a pleasure to work with and easily exceeded my expectations as I asked her to help me determine what work was necessary and what I could leave be, among other things. All I had to do was ask and she took care of the rest, which was an incredible feeling after going a few rounds with the insurance company just to get the vehicle to a shop. The work done was top notch, or as I described it when I was there, the affected areas looked brand new. In addition, each and every person associated with ABRA that I encountered in this process was friendly and happy to help. In the end, I'd say ABRA has a great thing going at this location and I will not hesitate to do my own business here, as well as recommend ABRA to any family, friends, or acquaintances who may have their own auto body needs.
