When I initially called Subaru, I was given a price of for the window which was just a few dollars more then safelite so I thought not bad , I'll go with my dealership. However, when I arrived with my vehicle, there were additional charges added on that I did not foresee or that I wish had been told to me during our telephone conversation because the price increased with labor cost and other fees to total 440.00. Safelight would have been 289.00 and I would have just had it done on the spot with them to save on all the additional cost. However, I love Williams Subaru and they did an excellent job, it was just extremely expensive for me!

Thanks for providing excellent service. I chose to get my repair work done with Folgers Collision Center, even though I know I could have gotten it done at the Toyota Body Repair Shop. That's not to say they would not have done a good job. I have always had top service with Folgers and the staff is wonderful!
