My 2nd time and I was again blown away by the service. Not only was my vehicle fixed and looked brand new, but you washed and detailed it. Amazing!

I feel as though I did not get the adequate customer service that I deserved from the adjuster and he counted on the email updates instead of picking up the phone and talking to me. In the end he was pressed for time due to the weekend and could not wait to deliver my car to me. It took me 20 minutes to get there and I had said that I would be there in 30 minutes and he was gone. When I inspected the car repairs, all seems fine. In the trunk, my cover curtain is missing. Apparently, they removed it to replace the right back passenger door. I have had two other collision repairs done with Team Toyota of Langhorne, Pa and it has been a pleasure. This time not so much. Sorry, your customer service has brought me back every time. Whether it is an oil change or major work done, you are a five star business. This time, it was just unfortunate.
