The updates via text message were pretty much useless, but they did signify that you were aware of my car, I guess.
Whenever I called I was treated with respect and friendliness, which I really appreciated it. Everyone was very up-front about time frames and money; and were also very accommodating of my schedule. I was very satisfied.

I expected the vehicle would be thoroughly inspected when first brought in an before it is given back to the customer. They missed some obvious damage that I also reported in writing and verbally before work was started. There were some things that don't work now that worked before I brought it in. I returned the vehicle in for the second time, so hopefully Abra can fix my concerns

My first initial consult with Abra staff said it would be complete within a week afywr I dropped it off. It took much longer than I anticipated, almost 2 weeks. I was disappointed.
