The repairs to my car took two months. I can understand a delay at the beginning due to insurance paperwork and delays with parts suppliers, but the status updates which were frequent for the first month stopped as we drifted into the second month. To get status of the repairs, I needed call or send e-mail. I would have appreciated getting status updates and projected completion dates as the project dragged on.
I appreciate the workmanship of the repairs. I would recommend your collision center to anyone needing repairs because of the high quality of the work. I just feel you could improve you customer interface with more frequent communications.
