We are very upset with the way our vehicle was handled this was our very first accident and we were told that we had to drive the vehicle to Centennial Chevrolet to get an estimate after we drove it there they told us that it wasn't drivable we had to call for a ride it was an inconvenience to wait on someone to come pick us up we were never explain the whole procedure or how it was supposed to go then after they called and told us to come pick up the vehicle we were never told that we had to have 500 to pick it up we are very unhappy it is Christmas and really stressful for us how we are going to come up with this 500 to pick up the vehicle
