I was disappointed that it took so long, mainly because the car sat at the shop in St. Paul for over a week before it was moved to Eden Prairie. As soon as it was at EP, the service was great, fast and communication was great!
It was pretty inconvenient for me to get to EP the two times they needed me (once to drop off a key and then to pick up the vehicle) before 6pm. Abra just moved my car without even asking me if that location was OK and called me after the fact.

This was the best experience we have ever had or even could imagine with getting our car fixed in the shop. Everything worked like a well oiled machine. The power was seemless, the communication was perfect with texts and email updates and voicemail when questions arised. When we came to pick up our car the repairs looked flawless, our car looked brand new and it was vacuumed. I can honestly say they turned an experience that can easily be frustrating, disappointing and very burdensome into a fun calm and even enjoyable one! Our car looks so good and our rental experience was so great they almost made me glad the accident happened!
