Josh kept me posted all along on the process. The receptionist is extremely helpful and patient. Jeremey (I guess I am taking the right name) was very flexible and answered all my questions patiently while handing over the car to me. At first, the Eden Prairie branch was ready to have me in the same day I called them. The front desk Kary( or Kerry) recognized me and helped expedited my case as soon as I got there. That personal attention I got from her was also expressed by Josh (if not mistaken on the name). He provided me with the best options for my car and how he cared for me.
The first stage of repair was done in a very efficient way with less time than expected and exceeding my expectation on the way the car looked after.
The Eden Prairie branch is oustanding I service and customer service. Period!
