John Peterson went way out of his way , not only to help me with requests, such as in process pictures, but to help me trouble shoot certain issues. He acted as if he reay cares about customer service and as if he has an interest in his job. I also appreciate the fairly seamless rental situation where Enterprise leaves and picks up rentals.
