We had some hail damage to our Escape that was pretty deep the first company I went to said they could get the dents out, no problem, next stop was Abra. Abra looked at it and said they could also get the dents out but it would not be perfect because the metal was now stressed and would not return to it’s original position and would have a bit of a wave to the really deep dents. I do understand that about metal for sure, so they suggested to replace the hood instead for about the same cost, my opinion on Abra is that everyone is very friendly and honest and you’ll get a professional job from the folks at Abra.

The whole staff was extremely friendly but at the same time very professional. I can’t remeber when was it last time that I had received a treatment that good. After moving my belongings back to my car, I noticed that some parts of the interior has even been cleaned! I was in shock and also super pleased.
