I was told that the scratches and chips in the paint would be painted! My truck was not painted. There are still scratches and chips in the paint all down both sides and in the bed of my truck.

With in 30 seconds of seeing my jeep I knew it wasn't finished properly. I could see the shiny silver frame which should have been painted black like the rest of it. The right front tire is closer to the bumper than the left...
I want the print outs from all 4 alignments to show me exactly how my jeep was aligned. I am extremely unhappy about this work and I refused to accept my jeep and I already called the insurance company about it.
