The woman at the desk was completely unprofessional. She sighed out of annoyance when I walked in to drop my car off early (when I spoke to the gentleman on the phone previously) and then told me it will be a few minutes to get the paperwork ready. Then she took a personal phone call right infront of me at the desk, and didn’t do my paperwork until she was done her 10 minute phone call. I have been to quality quite a few times and both gentleman are always polite and welcoming, but the African American woman will definitely make me question bringing any vehicles back.

My experience with Quality Auto Body was they don't treat you just like a customer. As a first-time customer I walk through the door instantly you would have thought I come there every week. They make you feel so welcome comfortable and the work they did on my car it looks better than when it was new and I know that's a cliche people say would go to Quality Auto Body and you'll see what I'm talking about it's true.
