The overall communication was very slow and sometimes 3-4 weeks between coorespondence. There was alot going on with the repair, repair supplements and adjuster/ insurance which slowed the process alot. 3 ****/2 months to repair a truck seems quite long.

Audi kept us advised each step of the restoration project of our Mercedes that was hit by a hit and run driver after only having it for 2 weeks.
