Service was excellent and fast,only things was inside of vehicle was dirty with sticky wax residue on front windshield inside and on door panels and where gauges and stereo all covered with sticky substance

The vehicle looked great,quality of repair was excellent. The reason for the negative response I did not receive proper communication/updates about the repairs. I always had to reach out to them to get updates. This left me having to pay 2 weeks of rental insurance which I wasn't happy about.

When I picked up my car I noticed they had shot clear coat over previous rock chips in my lower front bumper. If they spent the time to spray clear over the whole bumper why not just repaint the bumper completely, or just spray the repaired area.. now it is impossible for me to touch up. Other than that the car looks great. Thank you Cara Winters for you assistance in getting the car repaired.
