I think the seams on the front bumper are too far apart and its looks loose to me. It's like it just is not popped in right. It looks off. This is the second time the front has been done and I realky was not pleased the kSt time either.

Not only am I completely unsatisfied with my service, I plan on contacting my insurance company and having your company removed from their referral list. I received a quote, which covered damage from a rear end collision, and secondary damage not associated to the accident from Jeff. After agreeing to the quotes, I dropped off the car, and upon picking it up after 5 days realized that the secondary damage was not repaired. Jeff's response to me was that "I forgot, sorry.....you should've reminded me when you dropped it off!?!" He certainly didnt miss a beat when it came to asking for our deductible. This response was beyond unprofessional, and I will make it my mission to spread the word regarding the poor level of service that I received.
