I'm not sure of the young lady's name on the front desk, but she was awesome in getting me the form needed for my agent (Texas Blue form) and also faxed it to my agent after I'd completed it. The young man who handled my claim was very polite/thorough. Kudos to the whole team for a job well done. My friend who brought me to pick up my vehicle was equally impressed! I really liked the daily text up dates. Arranging the rental car was also a great help. If there is one thing I could suggest? It would be when you replace a complete head and there is no damage to the other headlight I believe you should recommend to the insurance company both head lights should be replaced so they match. If the insurance company would not agree to replace both headlights, then I feel you should at least do a restoration on the old headlight so they will match a little better or offer to sell the customer the second headlight and install it at no additional charge. Possibly rushed through because large amount of vehicles. New deep scratch on opposite side of body work with no manager/tech to look at issue for another 5 days.
