I am 50 and I don’t typically write reviews but until now, I had not crashed a car. So this summer at 9:30am a deer ran out into the road and we collided. I was deveatated as I took great care of our Lexus and pride in my near spotless driving record. Our insurer, USAA said Fireplace Auto was an approved repair specialist so we took our car there. The repair was excellent and speedy. The shop was run by great peopl and the communication was great. They text me updates and were super easy to deal with. I drove our repaired car off the lot wavy back praise like super football fan at her favorite team.
