My bumper was loose and not aliigned properly. There was a chip in the body that was painted over and not filled in and sanded properly. The tire was rubbed badly and the rim was still not repaired after keeping the vehicle additional time. There was still original markings of paint from the vehicle that hit me still on my car. I was very disappointed because I was assured that my car would be restored to factory condition. I chose Harb's instead of the Lexus dealership because my long time mechanic recommended them.

The lady at the desk did not acknowledge me when I came in and was not eager to assist me. When I picked up my car after the repairs. My car wouldn't Start. Battery was dead. This caused the radio to lock. I had to get off work early Go by Harbs. The receptionist again was not willing to help. Thank goodness for the gentleman who did help me with my radio. Then I have to go to the honda store to reset my radio. Then 2 days after picking up my car the The knob on the shifter broken. Then I had to buy. Part at the Honda store to repair the broken knob. My car was fixed after an auto accident but the customer service I received. I wouldn't go back to Harbs.
