Worst place ever, I will NEVER return here. Your customer service ****. Felicia is the worst employee I have ever met. They did not help me with anything at all just basically laughed in my face and made me feel humiliated. A waste of time and money. They just try and charge you for everything, they might even charge you for breathing the same air they do. Worst experience ever. I’d rather shoot my foot off then take me car there again. I would never recommend anyone to go here.

Everyone I came in contact with is customer focused, including the young lady that gave me instructions on dropping off my car, the young man that took my car in, the car rental agent, to Jordan who greeted me and kept me updated.
