I was pleasantly surprised to find that Seidner’s replaced my bumper after finding that it wasn’t repairable and in a short amount of time too! I missed my car and was notified that it was ready and replaced 3 days earlier than the expected due date. I appreciate that it came back looking better than it had before and shiny and clean too!

Not satisified with work, my muffler tips are crooked and I told the guy mando and he did not want to do anything and I told him my car was dirty and he said because I ddnt tell him. Not true because kristan called and talk to my wife and my wife told her we would be in today. This guy called and his message said I had to pick up car today so why wasn’t washed. It was dirty inside and outside. The office staff was really nice and professional especially kristan. The only problem was with your estimater. I really preferred to work with George from my past experience he was very good

In this day and age professionalism and outstanding customer service are rare. Your company displayed each of those from start to finish and from EVERY employee we spoke to or interacted with. I am amazed at how well run your company is. Everyone understands their roles and responsibilities, they execute them perfectly. The team work is amazing. I only remember three names Eric Munoz, Kristen and Merced who are excellent. Mercede’s Manger who's name escapes me went out of the way to solve a slight issue.
