My expectations were exceeded. I do like the text updates as well.
My only recommendation would be to include a pick up time on the day your car is completed. I just assumed all was done when the last text stated it would be done as expected. However it was actually a few hrs after.

The only complaint we have is that the rental process at enterprise took over two hours. They did not have the right truck and then we had to be transported to asbury park to get it. Otherwise, Jost garage was wonderful

Let me clarify what I mean when I selected No.
When you are in the customer service industry it is virtually impossible not to make an error. The key to Customer Service is how quickly you recover to meet customer expectations.
The automated system over-promised and was missing in action at the end. Your customer service team interfacing with the customers is outstanding.
So don't take this as a negative survey, rather constructive feedback.
