Their inability to communicate with my insurance company and fufill all the objectives on the insurance estimate is simply appalling. They tried to send me home with a half finished car. This isn't the first problem that I've had with them. The last car I brought to them, they forgot to plug the fan to my engine back in. Only noticed it as the weather got warmer and the engine started to overheat without the fan. I would've taken my husband's car somewhere else had the insurance company not already paid you guys.
