Pauline was and IS the best thing you have to represent the Excel Collision Center. She was always willing to help and answered all my questions. However, trying to get to her is another thing.
Calling the main desk at **** the receptionist's never seem to know who she is and makes me go thru hoops explaining it even though they know her cell number and right where her office is.
Then there are the service guys who just stand around and act like they don't know her or know how to reach her when THEIR cubbies a mere footsteps away. And I have since found out they ALL have her number and pretty much know where she is at all times.
So Pauline is amazing, but there needs to be some new customer service training for the rest of the group.

Had an Enterprise car reserved to pick me up, they were almost an hour late.
Car was finished ahead of schedule, however when picking up car , car had to be sent back for issues.
had to come pickup car 2 times in **** day.

The two week estimate was long to begin with, and then it took over another week to complete. All this while getting email updates saying it was "almost done" for over a week.
Now that I have it back, the wheels aren't balanced right and the steering wheel shakes. It started off as a good experience with Angelica being very responsive and good service, ended up a bad experience overall.
