Your entire team was superior! I had not ever been in an accident and was learning along the way at the beginning of this process. Alex was really wonderful to work with! She knows her stuff and made the whole process easy and low-stress for me - which is huge when it comes to car repairs! And I so much appreciated the service to pick up the care and drop it off at my house - that was a huge time saver for me! I also liked the email updates, although more actual information in them would have been much nicer, maybe photos of the status of the car and what was left to be done etc.
The work looks good so far, although there was some putty or paint that hadn't been cleaned off. I am happy to have the lifetime warranty on the work so if I notice something not working or wearing correctly I can call you back.
Overall very satisfied and would recommend your services to others!
