Ocean Bay Auto is a very professional business and the work performed on my wife’s 2016 Volvo XC90 was flawless. The owner Ted was very friendly and just an all around great guy. He explained the process very thoroughly, and I was informed of the cars progress by text messages, which was a very nice service. The repair was done well. Not perfect, but looks 98% and that's fine with me. I was disappointed with the interior as I was told it would be cleaned. The floors were vacuumed quite thoroughly... and pebbles and dirt I can't get out on my own were gone. I'm VERY happy with that. BUT the dash and panels were covered with a layer of dirt, the drawers and glove box had leaf debris and dirt (probably from wind) and I ended up cleaning that myself. There was some kind of film on the steering wheel as well. I'm not the type to complain, so I just cleaned it used Armorall on it. The interior looks great now. Honestly, if it weren't for the fact that I was told it would be "cleaned well," I wouldn't have an issue as I wouldn't have known better. Overall very satisfied.
